NO5 CHURCH LANE

No5 Church Lane is one of Queenstown’s classiest bars, so it’s no surprise that the cocktails are the same. Discerning drinkers will appreciate the delicious selection of cocktails and fine champagne on offer. Why not try The Burning Man– a showman's drink consisting of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Grapefruit, Burnt Sugar and Smoke or the deliciously named Persephone featuring Blue Duck Vodka, Elderflower, Pomegranate and Veuve Clicquot.

LITTLE BLACKWOOD

No serious cocktail drinker would dream of visiting Queenstown without visiting Little Blackwood. This stylish Steamer Wharf establishment runs with the tagline ͞meet me here͟, and it’s easy to see why. From its enviable location by the lake, Little Blackwood serves up cocktails with a twist like the Japanese Garden made with Sake, Pimms, Lychee Liqueur, Fresh Cucumber, Mint and topped with Ginger Beer. Or what about the Barrelled Cinnamon with Stolen Spiced Rum, Sweet & Dry Vermouth, House-made Cinnamon Syrup and Angostura Bitters.

EICHARDT’S BAR

Another seriously stylish establishment on the lakefront is Eichardt’s Bar. Expect sophistication and stunning views served up in one of Queenstown's’ most iconic heritage buildings. Eichardt’s Bar overlooks Lake Wakatipu and offers a seriously cosy setting with sofa, a fireplace and impeccable service. Eichardt’s do an impressive take on the classic Espresso Martini with Jameson Irish Whisky, Bailey's, Frangelico, Fresh Espresso with just a nip of Laphroaig 10-y-o Single Malt Whisky. Eichardt’s also serves Bollinger by the glass. Enough said.

MINUS 5° ICE BAR

Treat Yourself Minus 5 Ice Bar

For something a little different (and very cool), take a visit to Queenstown’s iciest bar, Minus 5° Ice Bar. Located on Steamer Wharf, the bar is 18 tonnes of crystal clear ice architecture, re-carved every three months. Drinks are served in ice glasses, and you’ll find a wide selection of chilled cocktails. Don’t expect to stay long in the sub-zero bar; just long enough to enjoy a drink and admire the incredible hand-made ice carvings. Warm jackets are provided.

THE WORLD BAR

Another ͞just for fun͟ experience is The World Bar on Church Street. Pumping anytime of the day or night, The World Bar is famous for good food, good service and above all, teapot cocktails. Yes, that’s right, teapot cocktails. You haven’t done Queenstown until you’ve drunk cocktails from a teapot.

THE BUNKER

Treat yourself the bunker

The Bunker is where you go for that sneaky ͞one last drink͟ before heading home.The Bunker is a bit of a secret spot, so you may have to find a local and ask for directions. Once inside, enjoy the small, cosy space with quality cocktails, late night music and an open fire. Perhaps the Between The Sheets with Havana Rum, Hennessy VS, Rose Rabbit Liqueur, Lemon and Sugar would be the perfect way to end the evening.
