Queenstown Restaurants and Bars

For restaurants and cafes that will deliver to our apartments so you can stay in and enjoy the cosy rooms while watching Netflix!
Communication
We'd imagine that all of these below App’s are already well known to you, but you never know! Most operators in Queenstown are able to communicate in one or all of these apps as they understand that a short break visitor may not buy a new SIM but rather just use the free WiFi about town.

There are a lot of app's that cover transport when travelling. These are the top few we have used and we know work!
Air NZ - Just book and come on down!
Choice - QLDC / Bus Schedule – its new and should make catching the public transport super easy
Waze – Best route in real time (accounts for road works, traffic delays and accidents - simply awesome)
Uber
Rentalcars - global and easy to use!
TrafficCamNZ – Live photos from internet accessible traffic cameras – see what the queues are really like!
Weather
Snowforcast – if you are here for winter then this is one of the best resort app's on the market
Windy - simply put - this is a great weather app with live maps so no marketing jargon! Get the real picture!
Traveling General

Travel Journal - there are so many to choose from - and exactly what the name says – a digital tool to track you awesome adventure in Queenstown

Stuff – App – For local news before you arrive (and not hopefully because you ‘made the news’!)
Lakes Weekly Bulletin – for Local News, Weather and Traffic Reports, Events, Photos, and much, much more!
